You need to make sure your idevice is JAILBROKEN.
Now go to Cydia
There's 5 tabs at the bottom. Click on Manage
Then click on Sources
On the top right side there's " Edit " just click on it right away
On the top left left there's " Add " click on it
Then type in http://iphonekhmer.com
wait until the downloading is complete
Then go back to Source you will find iphonekhmer listed as below
enter that iPhoneKhmer.com then search for Khmer iOS4 ( if your idevice is on iOS 4.. if yours is iPad then click on Khmer For iPad ) as in the pic below
find the one that is capable with your OS then click Install which located on the top right corner ( pic below )
Once again click Confirm located on the same place as previous Install button
Wait until the downloading process complete
Once it's down click on Restart Springboard
if you really follow this tut correctly then by now you should already have khmer font and keyboard installed on your idevice..
Now it's time for the setting up process
Navigate to Settings ----> General ----> Keyboard ---> International Keyboards ----> Add New Keyboard... ----> and find Khmer
You should now be able to write Khmer in your iphone just like mine ;)
If there's any problem plz feel free to comment :)
